We do not offer refunds for gifts that have been posted and delivered to the recipient without cause. If you or the recipient have received a product that was damaged, broken, faulty or past its use by date please contact us via email info@hampersforhumanity.com.au or via phone
0412 385 410. We will do our best to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement of item/s.
For a change of mind on an item, the cost of returning the product by post is at your expense, unless it is faulty. Returns must be sent by you at your cost using trackable means.
If you change your mind and no longer want wish to proceed with your order, please contact us immediately. Our trading hours are Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm. Any amendments or cancellations sent outside of those business hours will be actioned on the next business day.
All refunds for orders placed via our website will be made via the original payment method used. If you require an alternative method, please contact us.
Please note whilst we will do our best to ensure delivery is made in a timely manner, we will not provide compensation for deliveries not made on the expected date. Our chosen courier is experiencing longer than normal delays due to Covid-19 and there have been significant delays with deliveries arriving on time or as advised on their site.
If our courier’s tracking states that a hamper has been delivered but the recipient is claiming non-receipt, we will investigate with the couriers. We will keep in touch with you on the outcome of our investigations and reach an amicable resolution.
At HFH, we will do our best to accommodate your chosen items for each individual hamper. As we are working with many small businesses, we may not be able to guarantee your chosen item is in stock with us or with our partners. We will do our absolute best to ensure your selection is provided, however, if not we will select an alternate for the same of higher value at no extra cost.
We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service. Please attempt to make all relevant means to contact us before leaving negative feedback on social media or sites. We are supporting many small businesses and appreciate you allowing us to solve any issues you may encounter.
DAMAGED POLICY
As our hampers have fragile products, we will ensure that the upmost care is taken when packaging your items. If in the rare occassion that this does not occur, or the product is damaged, please contact us and we will replace the item upon evidence of the damaged product.
If you wish to cancel an order before we have processed it, we will refund you within 3-5 business days. We are unable to cancel an order if it has been processed. If an order has been cancelled but the courier has already picked up your order, we may not be able to guarantee the return.
